Located just a stone's throw away from the beach, this hotel provides easy access to the beautiful shoreline. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, with amenities like tea and coffee making facilities, a balcony, and a safe. the staff is friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. the pool is spacious, perfect for a relaxing swim, and there is a swim-up bar for refreshments. the breakfast offered is varied, with options like fried eggs, omelettes, and Indian dishes.

The fridges in the rooms could use some improvement as they don't always work properly.

Nice place to stay in Goa, no complains at all. Location was near the beach.

Hotel's position was so close to tourist spots like sernabatim beach. Bed was great and the breakfast was complimentary. An a double bed was a bonus. 400 feet away from the property there is mehek tandoor works, which is a good dining choice...

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel near the beautiful Colva beach. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The rooms were spacious, neat, and tidy, with the added bonus of a balcony. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in the excellent service and basic amenities provided. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast served, which had a great taste.

No improvements needed, everything was up to standard.

It was like an oasis in the desert, cool , clean and a lovely big room! Nice balcony with view, simple breakfast, despite the breakfast man shouting for your room number!! It was so nice to return at the end of the day. Unfortunately no one at the pool! Great value for money, in fact we stayed an extra night!!

Very bad behaviour by hotels person. I was having the room with my local boyfriend, there was very improper question against his staying there. No education for customer-serviceprofession with that man in staff. Bad bad.

Clean rooms, delicious complimentary breakfast, polite and educated staff, tasty food at Brazilia Restaurant.

At least at October it was not noisy. Quite clean. Free wi-fi.

I guess it common for India, but bed linen looks not perfect ( It smelled like cleaned but it looked not so good.

Friendly staff but a neww addition this year is a swimming pool and sunbeds. Bennto this hotel 3 times and alwys had a good time.

Restaurant wasnt as good this year

We recently went on a romantic escape and had a great experience. the room was spacious and well-furnished, with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. the hotel was in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. We enjoyed the daily breakfast, which had a variety of options to choose from. the pool was also a great addition, with a swim-up bar that made for a fun afternoon in the sun.

Close to the beach and town. Food is cheap and good. We are a little mixed in our feeling about this hotel. The first half of our stay was not good. We felt not welcome and staff was lazy, espacially cleaning staff were behaving strange. They denied to serve us breakfast in the room, even it's said to be provided on the hp. The hotel seemed overbooked and there were no places to sit for breakfast It surprised us, since we were here in April and found this hotel good. 2. half of the stay, everything changed. Staff was really nice and all hotel was cleaned. Service changed into really really good; roomservice was perfect. It was as if "boss has arrived" and things came back normal.

Staff in the first half of our stay. They were not acting professionel and one of the cleaning boys had an unacceptable behavior, trying to hug and touch me, while he was cleaning the room. I told him to stop immidiately and so he did.

The city break was a great experience, with an amazing breakfast and friendly staff who made us feel welcome. The location was perfect, close to the beach and local attractions. We loved the clean pool and the fast room service, which made our stay very comfortable. It was also great to have laundry service available.
